March overview

Frisbee curry

This month started with a good old Worcester frisbee curry on Tuesday 2nd. Chutney’s was fantastic as per usual and the weather was lovely for some nighttime frisbee! We ended up playing well into the darkness on the sports fields until around 10pm.

New parkrun

On Saturday 7th, I tried a new parkrun! I ran all the way to the edge of Oxford in the north to… Oxford parkrun! The parkruns are named confusingly - the one in the city centre (University Parks parkrun) presumably came after the one in the north snagged the Oxford name. It was a lovely experience on a sunny day and I ran a 20:53 which I was very happy with!

Teddy Hall Relays

On Wednesday 11th, I competed in the Teddy Hall Relays along with Greg, Elliot and James from Worcester. It was a 4x7k relay and I was the 4th. It was an incredible day with plenty of sun and we all ran fantastic times! I ran a 29:20 leg and our overall time was 2:04:38.

Ystradgynlais

On Saturday 21st, Grace and I went to the lovely little Welsh town of Ystradgynlais. I wrote a whole blog post about it!
